I am a returning customer of Jason's. My first encounter was the refinancing at a lower rate. When everyone was upside down, and left their homes, I stayed put, even oweing much more than the home would sell for. It took a very long time to get back to even. I was turned down by several lenders, all stating various reasons why they "would" not help me. Jason found the way that he "could" help me. My case was messy, very messy, 2nd's, divorces, all kinds of issues. Jason went the extra mile to put everything into place, advised me what to do, and we got it done.
